We are looking for a Business Partner to manage technology professionals assigned to clients, strengthening relationships with stakeholders and contributing to operational excellence.
📌 Main Responsibilities:
• Manage technology professionals assigned to clients;
• Conduct follow-up meetings, 1:1s, and provide feedback;
• Act as a mediator and resolve conflicts;
• Maintain close relationships with clients;
• Conduct periodic visits and alignment meetings;
• Support allocation controls, transfers, and operational requests;
• Prepare management reports;
• Monitor operational indicators and propose improvement actions;
• Work jointly with HR, Operations, and Sales;
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
✅ Requirements:
• Experience in consulting, account management, operations, or projects;
• Intermediate Excel skills;
• Experience monitoring operational indicators.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in technology consulting;
• Experience with HR subsystems (onboarding, benefits, time tracking);
• Basic knowledge of labor routines.
