Tasks and Responsibilities
Show originalAct as a technical leader in a critical telecom/technology operation, focusing on stability, availability, performance, SLA compliance, and service continuity.
Be the main technical reference for the operation, supporting supervisors and analysts in prioritization, troubleshooting, escalations, communication with the carrier, and leading negotiations in critical scenarios.
What you will do:
- Act as a technical reference for supervisors and analysts in monitoring, support, troubleshooting, opening and positioning tickets for B2B customer services of the carrier
- Ensure compliance with SLA, KPI/KPO, performance, availability, and service continuity
- Technically lead critical incidents, war rooms, escalations, and communications in high-impact situations, supporting operational decision-making
- Manage indicators, backlog, risks, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives for the operation
- Participate in operational rituals, monitor productivity, support the interface with the carrier, clients, and suppliers, and contribute to standardization, delivery quality, and reduction of recurrence
- Support operational decisions, demand prioritization, and technical distribution of activities, contributing to the fluidity and quality of the operation
- Promote a culture of documentation, database updates, and recording of relevant actions to improve results within the team
