Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to work on Artificial Intelligence-related initiatives, supporting planning, monitoring, and coordination of project activities, ensuring alignment among involved areas and compliance with deadlines and deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor project activity execution, ensuring compliance with established schedules and milestones.
• Organize and lead monitoring meetings, recording decisions, risks, and action plans.
• Consolidate status reports, indicators, and project information for sharing with stakeholders.
• Support demand management, dependencies, and impediments with the involved teams.
• Monitor scope, deadlines, and deliverables, flagging deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication between business, technology, and other project participants.
• Support the organization of project management documentation and artifacts.
• Contribute to the adoption of good management practices and monitor initiative progress.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or coordination in corporate environments.
• Experience in projects related to Artificial Intelligence, Data, or Analytics.
• Experience in technology, digital transformation, or innovation projects.
• Knowledge in monitoring schedules, indicators, risks, and action plans.
• Familiarity with agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with different areas.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
