We are looking for a Project Manager to work on a strategic Core Banking program, leading initiatives for the transformation and evolution of banking products. We seek a professional with solid experience in project management, program governance, and experience in high-criticality financial environments.

The position requires strong coordination capabilities between business areas, technology, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring efficient execution of deliverables, risk mitigation, and monitoring of program indicators.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage program and project governance activities, including schedule, risks, quality, incidents, and continuous improvements.
• Coordinate and monitor the Development, Testing, and Deployment phases of initiatives.
• Prepare executive Status Reports, management presentations, and communications for different audiences.
• Organize and maintain program documentation using Confluence.
• Monitor performance indicators, metrics, and KPIs of the program.
• Manage the backlog, monitor sprints, and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Ensure control of deliverables, dependencies, and alignment among multidisciplinary teams.
• Support teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Conduct meetings, prepare minutes, and record decisions.
• Identify, monitor, and report risks, impediments, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track project progress.
• Promote best practices in governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Required Requirements

• Solid experience in Project Management and Program Governance.
• Experience in Core Banking, payment methods, banking products, or financial systems projects.
• Previous experience in financial institutions, banks, fintechs, or companies in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management practices.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge in risk management, dependencies, and project indicators.
• Proficiency in Excel for analysis, reports, and pivot tables.
• Experience in creating executive presentations in PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in Power BI for building and monitoring dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for queries and information validation.
