About the opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with solid experience in the Credit Cards ecosystem, working on initiatives related to Core Invoice (Billing). The professional will be responsible for leading the evolution of products and functionalities linked to the complete billing cycle, ensuring the best experience for customers and compliance of processes with business areas, operations, and technology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as Product Owner responsible for Core Invoice and Card Billing functionalities.
  • Lead initiatives related to billing closing, billing installment, revolving credit, minimum payment, charges, and chargebacks.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Conduct refinements, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Work together with development, architecture, operations, and business teams.
  • Map journeys and identify improvement opportunities in billing processes.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of business rules related to the card billing cycle.
  • Support homologations, integrated tests, and functional validations.
  • Monitor product indicators and performance metrics.
  • Participate in projects for evolution, integration, or migration of card platforms.
Required Requirements
  • Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Specialist in the banking segment.
  • Solid knowledge in credit card products.
  • Experience with processes such as:
    • Billing closing;
    • Digital billing;
    • Billing installment;
    • Revolving credit;
    • Minimum payment;
    • Disputes and chargebacks;
    • Credit limits.
  • Experience interacting with Issuance, Authorization, Collections, Customer Service, and Operations areas.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Knowledge in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience in building and prioritizing backlogs.
Differentials
  • Experience in Core Cards or card processing platforms.
  • Knowledge in payment methods and Visa and Mastercard brands.
  • Participation in processor migration or card platform modernization projects.
  • Knowledge in APIs and integrations between banking systems.
  • Experience in large banks or fintechs.
  • CSPO, PSPO, or similar certifications.
