đ˘ Work Model: 100% on-site
Available schedules and shifts:
đ 5 days on, 2 days off â 8 hours daily
⢠8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
⢠7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
⢠10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
đ 12 hours on, 36 hours off
⢠7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
NAVA has open opportunities for Field Service roles, involving on-site technical support to ensure IT service quality and customer satisfaction.
đ§ Daily Responsibilities:
âď¸ Handle technical support tickets on-site;
âď¸ Perform checklists, gather information, and complete visit conclusion forms;
âď¸ Log services in the ticketing system and perform troubleshooting until resolution;
âď¸ Monitor and update tickets with completed activities;
âď¸ Coordinate with other resolution teams when necessary;
âď¸ Understand customer needs and follow pre-defined procedures.
đ§ Requirements:
đš High school diploma;
đš Currently enrolled in or completed college degree in IT or Electrical Engineering (preferred);
đš Knowledge of microcomputing;
đš User support techniques.
