🚀 OPEN POSITIONS | Mid-Level Field Service Technician

📍 Location: São Paulo/SP

🏢 Work Model: 100% on-site


Available schedules and shifts:

🕘 5 days on, 2 days off – 8 hours daily

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

🕖 12 hours on, 36 hours off

• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM


NAVA has open opportunities for Field Service roles, involving on-site technical support to ensure IT service quality and customer satisfaction.


🔧 Daily Responsibilities:

✔️ Handle technical support tickets on-site;

✔️ Perform checklists, gather information, and complete visit conclusion forms;

✔️ Log services in the ticketing system and perform troubleshooting until resolution;

✔️ Monitor and update tickets with completed activities;

✔️ Coordinate with other resolution teams when necessary;

✔️ Understand customer needs and follow pre-defined procedures.


🧠 Requirements:

🔹 High school diploma;

🔹 Currently enrolled in or completed college degree in IT or Electrical Engineering (preferred);

🔹 Knowledge of microcomputing;

🔹 User support techniques.
