A NAVA is looking for a Workplace Management Specialist to work on strategic projects focused on the end-user environment, with a focus on modernization, automation, and technological innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evolve Workplace Management solutions

• Provision and maintain device images

• Work with Windows Autopilot and manage Windows and macOS devices

• Administer environments using GPO, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF

• Manage solutions from the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot suites

• Support the remediation of vulnerabilities and patch application

• Manage the software and license lifecycle (installation, updates, removal, and packaging)

• Participate in projects focused on process automation and Generative Artificial Intelligence

• Work with solutions based on Google Gemini, Notebook LM, and Code Assist

• Collaborate integratedly with Infrastructure, Security, Governance, and Support teams

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, security, and best practices

• Create technical documentation

• Contribute to projects focused on technological innovation

Requirements:

• Solid experience with corporate Windows and macOS environments

• Practical experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune

• Knowledge of GPO and policy management

• Experience with JAMF Pro / Connect

• Experience with Windows Autopilot and Autopatch

• Familiarity with Windows 11

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Experience with device management and automation tools

Differentiators:

• Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) solutions

• Experience with Google Gemini, Notebook LM, or Code Assist
