Professional with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Personalization.

Acting in the construction of journeys using Journey Builder, creation of automations (Automation Studio) and management of Data Extensions, as well as integration via platform APIs.

It is necessary to have experience with tool configurations, including enabling numbers for the WhatsApp channel, knowledge in Event Notification Service and platform administration.

Technical requirements:

• Data Cloud (Data 360), with a focus on:
  • Segmentation
  • Activation
  • Identity resolution
  • APIs
  • DLO and DMO
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (considered a differentiator when combined with Data Cloud)

Work model:

The professional will work in an agile squad, participating in several projects with the Salesforce stack integrated with the GCP (Google Cloud Platform) platform.
