We are looking for a Mid-Level Java Developer to work on a project in the financial sector, in a modern environment with a microservices-based architecture and heavy use of events (Kafka).

The position involves developing and maintaining APIs and integrations, working with relational and non-relational databases, as well as actively participating in technical decisions, ensuring quality, scalability, and resilience of the applications.

📍 Hybrid model (3 days a week in Santo Amaro)

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain microservices with Java and Spring Boot
• Build event-driven integrations with Kafka
• Develop REST APIs following the API-First pattern
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Integrate systems with legacy environments (mainframe)
• Ensure quality with automated testing
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployments
• Apply best practices for observability and resilience
• Participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews
