A NAVA is looking for an RPA Developer to work on strategic automation projects, focusing on the development and evolution of bots across different platforms and their integration with corporate systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain bots using RPA platforms (PEGA RPA, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)

• Perform integrations with legacy systems, APIs, and external services

• Automate repetitive processes, ensuring efficiency and error reduction

• Act in the orchestration of processes, queue management, and execution monitoring

• Implement best practices for logging, governance, and RPA process control

• Perform continuous adjustments and improvements to existing bots

• Ensure the continuity of technical knowledge and the evolution of already implemented solutions

Requirements:

• Experience developing on RPA platforms (PEGA RPA, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate)

• Experience with system integration and API consumption

• Knowledge in orchestration, queue management, and process monitoring

• Experience with RPA logging and governance

• Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, VBScript, or similar)

• Experience with corporate process automation

Differentials:

• Experience with multiple RPA platforms

• Knowledge in automation architecture

• Experience in large-scale corporate environments

• Experience with continuous improvement and bot sustenance
