We are looking for a Business Partner to manage technology professionals assigned to clients, strengthening relationships with stakeholders and contributing to operational excellence.
š Main Responsibilities:
⢠Manage technology professionals assigned to clients;
⢠Conduct follow-up meetings, 1:1s, and provide feedback;
⢠Act as a mediator and resolve conflicts;
⢠Maintain close relationships with clients;
⢠Conduct periodic visits and alignment meetings;
⢠Support allocation controls, transfers, and operational requests;
⢠Prepare management reports;
⢠Monitor operational indicators and propose improvement actions;
⢠Work jointly with HR, Operations, and Sales;
⢠Identify opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements:
⢠Experience in consulting, account management, operations, or projects;
⢠Intermediate Excel skills;
⢠Experience monitoring operational indicators.
ā Preferred Qualifications:
⢠Experience in technology consulting;
⢠Experience with HR subsystems (onboarding, benefits, time tracking);
⢠Basic knowledge of labor routines.
