- Perform the bookkeeping of incoming fiscal documents, ensuring compliance with daily demands.
- Organize and control fiscal documents.
- Support the gathering of information for the submission of tax obligations.
- Register tax data for clients, suppliers, and products in the company's systems.
- Assist in identifying and correcting fiscal inconsistencies.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation under the guidance of analysts and leadership.
- Provide support to Fiscal Analysts and area management in the department's operational activities.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of tax legislation.
- Knowledge in fiscal bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing invoices and services.
- Basic knowledge in the calculation of indirect taxes.
- Basic knowledge of ancillary obligations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge in Fiscal Obligations Advisory will be considered a differential.
- Knowledge in ERP systems (TOTVS RM will be considered a differential).
- Previous experience in the fiscal area will be considered a differential.
Education:
- Higher education in progress or completed in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
- Desirable knowledge in tax legislation and fiscal routines.
