Proven experience leading Application Performance Management in critical and high-volume environments

Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving complex bottlenecks involving:

integrations

distributed infrastructure

Advanced proficiency in APM and observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or equivalents), with real-world usage for troubleshooting rather than just monitoring

Solid experience with performance testing in controlled production or pre-production environments, including:

load modeling

degradation analysis

interpretation of metrics and system behavior

Strong understanding of distributed architecture in production:

microservices

synchronous and asynchronous APIs

messaging and batch processing

Ability to correlate metrics, traces, and logs to identify the root cause of complex problems (not just symptoms)

Practical experience with advanced tuning:

SQL queries

resource usage (CPU, memory, threads, connections)

optimization of throughput vs. latency

Experience in environments with high transactional volume and critical systems (e.g., financial, card, payments)

Experience in capacity analysis and scaling planning (horizontal/vertical)

Ability to work independently, with strong technical leadership

Clear technical communication to influence engineering, architecture, and leadership
