Show originalAt NAVA, you will work on the evolution of a critical telecom operation, focusing on reducing recurrence, eliminating root causes, and increasing service stability.
This is a strategic role to transform recurring incidents into definitive improvement.
What you will do:
- Analyze recurring incidents and conduct root cause identification (RCA)
- Manage the Problem Management cycle from logging to definitive resolution
- Direct and monitor corrective action plans with technical areas
- Work on reducing recurrence and definitively eliminating causes
- Support continuous improvement, with a structured approach and focus on operational stability
Schedule and hours:
- Business hours (Monday to Friday)
