NAVA is looking for a Mid-Level AWS Support Analyst to work in a mission-critical environment with global operations and constant contact with international teams.

If you have experience with AWS Cloud, enjoy tackling complex technical challenges, and want to work in a high-availability environment with international exposure, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide N2/N3 support for high-availability AWS environments

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and manage critical incidents

• Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of cloud services

• Monitor production environments and act to prevent failures

• Develop automations to optimize operational processes

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and development teams

• Participate in the continuous evolution of the platform's architecture and processes

• Apply best practices for security, governance, and compliance in cloud environments

• Participate in meetings and alignments with international teams using English

Requirements:

• Solid experience with AWS in production environments

• Knowledge of the following services:

  • EC2
  • ELB
  • S3
  • RDS
  • CloudWatch
  • IAM
  • Lambda

• Experience troubleshooting complex environments and supporting critical incidents

• Knowledge in automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or CloudFormation)

• Experience with cloud security (IAM, Security Groups, and VPC)

• Intermediate English for conversation and participation in meetings with global teams

• Analytical, proactive profile, and problem-solving oriented

Differentiators:

• AWS Certifications (Cloud Practitioner, SysOps, or Solutions Architect)

• Knowledge in Linux and Windows Server

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and Prometheus

• Knowledge in ITIL or service management practices

📍 Work model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Paulista region (SP)

🕒 Schedule: 24x7 (5x2) – night/early morning shift
