Hours: From 9 AM to 6 PM
Responsibilities
Lead internal relocation processes for IT professionals (developers, analysts, architects, specialists, etc.).
Act as the focal point between HR, leadership, and requesting areas, ensuring alignment of expectations.
Map technical and behavioral skills of available professionals for relocation.
Monitor the pipeline of internal vacancies, eligible profiles, and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with relocation SLAs and status updates.
Develop and maintain reports, indicators, and dashboards (relocation time, utilization rate, backlog, aging).
Support decision-making regarding internal movements, prioritizations, and exceptions.
Drive continuous improvement of the internal mobility process.
Support talent retention and career development programs within the IT ecosystem.
