We are looking for professionals to work in the Command Center, monitoring systems and indicators in a mission-critical environment.

🔎 Main activities:

• Real-time monitoring of systems and services;

• Identification, recording, and tracking of incidents;

• Prioritization and escalation of tickets;

• Engaging technical teams for resolution;

• Monitoring operational stability and service continuity.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience monitoring critical environments;

• Knowledge of Jira, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Grafana;

• Strong analytical skills and sense of priority;

• Reside in Campinas or the surrounding area.

⭐ Differentials:

• Experience in Command Center, NOC, or Critical Operations;

• Knowledge in Incident Management;

• ITIL Certification.
