Description:

  • Carry out purchasing processes for IT products and services;
  • Conduct quotations, commercial negotiations, and technical equalizations;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with national and international suppliers;
  • Negotiate prices, deadlines, commercial terms, and contracts;
  • Support strategic sourcing processes and cost reduction;
  • Manage purchase orders and track deliveries;
  • Work in partnership with technical areas to understand requirements;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement processes;
  • Ensure tracking from the issuance of the purchase order to the issuance of the invoice for supplier payment;
  • Work in partnership with technical and financial areas to validate requirements and payments;

Requirements:

  • Complete higher education or currently enrolled in Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in purchasing with a focus on IT;
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiations, and supplier management;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
  • Experience with ERP systems will be a differentiator.
