We are looking for a Mid-level BI Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team, working in a hybrid role between data engineering and analysis. This professional will be responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving analytical databases, reports, and dashboards that support decision-making in the Security area.

The role requires an analytical and investigative profile, with the ability to structure, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity of the information provided to business units.

Responsibilities

• Work on medium-complexity BI projects and initiatives;
• Develop and maintain data models, metrics, and documentation;
• Support the evolution of Data Warehouse and analytical layers;
• Build and maintain strategic and operational dashboards in Power BI;
• Perform data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making;
• Ensure data quality and governance;
• Interact with business and technology areas to gather requirements;
• Provide technical support to junior analysts when necessary.

Technical Requirements

• Experience with data modeling and building analytical pipelines;
• Advanced SQL knowledge;
• Experience with Power BI (modeling and visualization);
• Experience with Data Warehouse and layer concepts (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold);
• Knowledge of data governance and quality;
• Desirable knowledge in Python and/or R for data analysis.
