NAVA is looking for an Automation Analyst to work on strategic projects focused on process automation, job development, and sustaining the Automic Automation platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain automation jobs and meshes using the Automic Automation platform

• Provide operational support for the tool, ensuring availability and stability of automated processes

• Perform analysis and resolution of incidents related to automated executions

• Create and adjust automation workflows according to business needs

• Monitor executions, logs, and integrations between systems

• Work together with infrastructure and development teams to ensure operational efficiency

• Support the continuous improvement of automated processes and automation best practices

Requirements:

• Knowledge in development and infrastructure

• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments

• Knowledge in databases

• Knowledge in networks

• Experience with some programming language for development and automation of routines

• Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems

• Analytical profile and oriented towards process automation

Differentials:

• Knowledge in scheduler and process automation tools

• Experience with Automic Automation

• Experience in high-availability corporate environments

• Experience with system integration and automation of operational routines
