Model and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0 with Camunda 7 and/or Camunda 8 (Zeebe)

Develop workers, service tasks, and integrations between the process engine and Java microservices with Spring Boot

Ensure traceability and auditing of process instances in production

Identify automation and orchestration opportunities in existing workflows

Collaborate with business teams to translate rules and operational flows into BPMN models

Support architectural decisions regarding orchestration vs. choreography in distributed systems

Participate in code reviews and disseminate BPM best practices within the team

Requirements:

Solid experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot

Practical experience with Camunda (version 7 and/or 8 / Zeebe)

Knowledge in integrating Camunda with microservices via REST and/or messaging

Familiarity with orchestration and choreography concepts in distributed architectures

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)

Version control with Git and a code review culture

Differentials:

Experience with Camunda 8 / Zeebe in a cloud environment

Knowledge in Kafka or RabbitMQ integrated with Camunda workflows

Familiarity with Operate, Tasklist, and Optimize (tools from the Camunda 8 ecosystem)

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Knowledge in DDD and Hexagonal Architecture

Experience in projects within the financial sector
