We are looking for a Senior Data Governance Analyst to drive the evolution of the company's data maturity, leading strategic initiatives related to quality, catalog, metadata, access, and data policies.

We are seeking someone with a broad governance vision, an execution-oriented profile, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to transform strategy into concrete processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance processes (catalog, quality, MDM, and metadata);
• Create data policies, standards, and procedures;
• Lead improvements in data catalog tools;
• Implement Data Quality initiatives in transactional environments and data platforms;
• Structure and monitor governance indicators and processes;
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and the dissemination of a data-driven culture;
• Manage data access in the Data Lake;
• Conduct POCs and tests of market tools;
• Collaborate with technical, business, and strategic teams;
• Work in an agile environment (Jira / Scrum / Kanban / SAFe).

Requirements

• Solid experience (5+ years) in Data Governance;
• Experience with data catalog, quality, MDM, and stewardship;
• Knowledge in lineage, data discovery, and access management;
• Experience in data ingestion processes;
• Excellent communication and consultative profile;
• Analytical ability and prioritization skills;
• Autonomy and execution-oriented profile.

Differentials

• Experience with cloud migration (AWS);
• Intermediate SQL;
• Intermediate Python;
• Experience with Databricks and Lakehouse environments;
• Governance applied to unstructured data.
