Job Title: Mid-Level Research and Development (R&D) Analyst

We are looking for a Mid-Level Research and Development (R&D) Analyst in the engineering field to join our team in Campinas/SP, working on one of our strategic projects with a partner.


Position Objective: Your mission will be to lead the development and improvement of products, components, and processes, from conception to industrialization. You will work in an integrated manner with the Process, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production areas, ensuring innovative, technically viable, and competitive solutions for the market.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new products and/or improve existing ones, ensuring compliance with technical, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects.
  • Create and review technical drawings, 3D models (with a focus on plastic parts), and product documentation (material lists, specifications, etc.).
  • Conduct validation tests for materials, components, and prototypes, issuing result reports and proposing improvements.
  • Develop technical solutions focused on continuous portfolio improvement.
  • Monitor the construction of molds, fixtures, and samples, ensuring compliance with the approved design.
  • Interact with suppliers and external partners for the development of technical solutions.
  • Support the manufacturing area in the introduction of new products and processes into the production line.
  • Provide technical support to other areas (Production, Quality, Marketing) and in the product change management process (FEP).
  • Actively participate in cost reduction, sustainability, and technological innovation projects.
  • Maintain rigorous control and organization of technical documentation and project schedules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Complete Higher Education (Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent Technological Degree).
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in development processes within the engineering field.
  • Mastery of production processes (plastic injection, stamping, assembly, etc.).
  • Knowledge of 3D and 2D part modeling CAD software (CATIA, Solidworks, AutoCAD) at a basic level.
  • Solid understanding of product structures.
  • Intermediate Office 365 package, with strong Excel skills (use of logical and dynamic functions).
  • Intermediate English level (B1).
  • National Driver's License (CNH) Category B.

Differentials (Desirable Requirements):

  • Complementary technical courses in Machining or Mechanics.
  • Metrology and/or Reading and Interpretation of Technical Drawing courses.
  • Experience with ERP software (Totvs, DataSul, SAP, or similar).
  • Practical knowledge in Power BI.
