Act in the identification, analysis, prioritization, and continuous monitoring of IT risks, ensuring effective management of action plans and supporting decision-making;
Contribute to the evolution of IT Governance maturity, supporting the definition and improvement of models, frameworks, processes, and rituals, with a focus on efficiency and transparency;
Act as the focal point between IT and business areas, ensuring the understanding of demands, their translation into structured requirements, and the monitoring of deliveries alongside technical teams;
Promote clear, structured, and continuous communication regarding the progress of initiatives and deliveries;
Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence, contributing to increased efficiency and value generation for the business;
Monitor indicators and results of implemented initiatives, ensuring gains in quality, productivity, and continuous process improvement.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Complete degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Administration, Production Engineering, Public Management, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in Project Management and/or Process Management is desirable;
Experience in Project Management, Process Management, and Risk Management will be considered a differential, as well as consulting experience with different areas and stakeholders;
Experience in documenting, structuring, and improving processes, as well as monitoring action plans, indicators, and governance routines, will be a differential.
