Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational routines;

Perform control, update, and analysis of commercial data (sales, pipeline, targets, indicators);

Prepare management reports, dashboards for tracking results, and presentations;

Support contract management, commercial proposals, and orders;

Manage commissions, targets, and sales campaigns;

Interface with internal departments (finance, logistics, marketing, and pre-sales);

Support the organization of commercial processes;

Support customer, product, and commercial terms registration.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or completed higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, or related fields;

Initial experience or internship in commercial or administrative areas;

Intermediate knowledge in Excel;

Interest in learning about B2B sales and commercial processes;

Good verbal and written communication skills;

Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 100% in-person, flexible hours - CLT.

Salary Range: R$ 3,000.00 to R$ 3,400.00
