Tasks and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales professional to support commercial expansion with both international and domestic clients, leading consultative conversations in English and Portuguese.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to develop skills in B2B sales (both international and local), negotiation, and opportunity management in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify opportunities with international and domestic companies
  • Prospect new companies by identifying decision-makers through email, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct sales meetings in English and Portuguese
  • Understand clients’ context and needs
  • Present solutions and support the development of commercial proposals
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline in the CRM
  • Perform follow-ups and move negotiations forward until closing
  • Support the company’s expansion into new markets

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, SDR, inside sales, or business development
  • Fluent English (conversation and negotiation)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organization and pipeline management

Nice to Have

  • Experience with international sales
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Experience in tech or SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools

Work model: Remote (PJ contract)
