For this reason, the Customer Success area is fundamental to ensuring a high-level experience, generating continuous value for clients, and strengthening strategic partnerships, ensuring contract retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
In this role, you will be part of a Low-touch operation, managing a large portfolio of accounts while ensuring no client is left behind. To achieve this, you will use strategic automations and behavior-based triggers to maintain proximity and impact at scale.
What you will do
- Operate HubSpot: manage CRM, properties, pipelines, and health status (health score).
- Create and optimize Workflows: Develop automations for onboarding, engagement sequences, churn alerts, and expansion flows.
- Dashboards: Build and maintain reports that connect CRM data to business reality, guiding leadership decisions.
- Manage a large portfolio ensuring adoption and retention at scale.
- Identify, via data, which accounts require human intervention and conduct strategic retention or expansion negotiations.
- Translate complex metrics into clear value propositions for the client.
- Map bottlenecks in the customer journey and propose solutions that reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to ensure that feedback from portfolio data helps improve the platform.
Desired Profile
- B2B SaaS Experience: Background as CS, AM, or Ops.
- HubSpot Power User: Practical experience with automations (Workflows) and reporting tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfort working with large volumes of data and BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, etc.).
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to conduct difficult conversations and reverse churn scenarios.
- Extreme Organization: Discipline to manage many accounts simultaneously without losing quality.
- Completed or ongoing higher education.
