We are Base Exchange, the future new Stock Exchange of Brazil, built in partnership with Flowa Technologies, a reference company in electronic trading solutions for the financial market.

We are looking for a Senior Developer to work in a highly technical, innovative, and challenging environment, directly contributing to the development of critical, high-performance solutions for the financial market.

Main responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve high-criticality backend applications;
• Actively participate in technical and architectural project definitions;
• Work on building and integrating systems, APIs, and services;
• Ensure application quality, performance, scalability, and security;
• Participate in code reviews and disseminate best development practices;
• Provide technical support to team members, contributing to collective growth;
• Work with different areas to ensure deliveries aligned with the business;
• Address complex problems and continuously improve systems.

Requirements

Required

• Solid experience in software development;
• Mastery of the technologies already used in the project;
• Experience with microservices architecture;
• Experience with REST APIs;
• Experience with relational databases;
• Knowledge in messaging;
• Experience with Git;
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments;
• Knowledge in CI/CD;
• Ability to work autonomously in high-complexity environments.
