You will be responsible for the following:

• Execute product backlog tasks according to the Product Owner's prioritization;

• Interact with the team to clarify doubts and obtain feedback on the developed software;

• Participate in meetings called by the Facilitator;

• Understand user stories and break down prioritized stories into activities;

• Keep the task board updated;

• Develop the product/system.

In this role, you will be the protagonist in delivering technological solutions, acting in a collaborative and agile manner, with a focus on quality and innovation. Your work will directly impact project success and the customer experience.

Requirements and skills we are looking for:

• Desirable degree in the field (Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development) or currently enrolled;
• Effective professional experience in the field;
• Development in Java or .NET and .NET Core;
• Use of generative AI tools for coding;
• Participation in software projects as a developer;
• Knowledge in agility (rituals, task estimation, task breakdown);
• Knowledge in software quality;
