About the opportunity:

You will assume the following responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the Security Incident Response (SIR) module of the ServiceNow tool.
• Manage and monitor security incidents using ServiceNow, ensuring the protection of information assets.
• Create and maintain playbooks and runbooks for incident response processes, ensuring a structured and efficient approach.
• Develop and use Power BI for data analysis and security reporting, facilitating the visualization and interpretation of information.

Requirements and skills we are looking for:

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related Technology fields.
• Desirable certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+.
• Familiarity with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools, such as Splunk or IBM QRadar, for security event analysis.
