• Essential and desirable skills:

  • Essential:
    • Excellent written communication (WhatsApp, Telegram, and email).
    • Proactivity and organization to handle multiple tasks.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel (data analysis and reconciliation).
    • Experience in administrative/financial routines.
  • Desirable:
    • Previous experience in B2B customer support (finance, payments, banks, or e-commerce).
    • Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial dispute management.
    • English proficiency (reading and writing – use of translators is allowed).

Main responsibilities:

  • Customer support for Cooperay clients (betting and e-commerce companies) via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
  • Verification of payment proofs and transaction status in internal and banking systems.
  • Recording and tracking Pix disputes (MED) and preparing necessary evidence/documentation.
  • Performing financial reconciliation between internal systems and partner banks.
  • Proactive support in identifying inconsistencies and communicating preventively with clients.
