About the opportunity

We are looking for a Tech Lead Hands-on with strong technical expertise in architecture, scalability, performance, and evolution of mobile applications. This person will be the main technical reference for the squad, actively participating in critical decisions, defining best practices, and product development.

Main responsibilities

● Technically lead the squad, supporting the team's technical development and conducting individual check-ins;

● Act hands-on in development, building POCs, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting architectural decisions;

● Define architecture standards, modularization, and release strategy for the mobile ecosystem;

● Collaborate with the Product Owner on technical definitions, refinements, and prioritizations;

● Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, observability, stability, and scalability of the applications;

● Foster a collaborative culture, promoting knowledge sharing and non-centralized technical leadership.

Technical requirements

● Solid experience (+5 years) with React Native and mobile development;

● Previous experience leading development teams and mentoring mid-level and senior professionals;

● Strong hands-on profile, with experience in architecting scalable applications;

● Advanced knowledge in mobile performance and optimization;

● Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, Cognito, SQS/SNS);

● Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth/JWT, and databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and MongoDB;

● Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Expo EAS, Bitrise);

● Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, and Datadog.

Differentials

● Experience with mobile end-to-end test automation (Appium, Playwright, Detox, or similar);

● Knowledge in React, Next.js, or Flutter.
