We are looking for an ERP Systems Coordinator with solid experience in TOTVS Datasul and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) to lead the support, evolution, and governance of corporate systems.

This position will play a strategic role in the integration between IT and business areas, ensuring process efficiency, system stability, and the advancement of digital transformation initiatives.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate the ERP systems team (analysts and partners)
  • Ensure the support, stability, and performance of Datasul and D365 FO environments
  • Lead implementation projects, improvements, and system rollouts
  • Act as the focal point between IT and business areas
  • Define and prioritize the demand backlog with stakeholders
  • Ensure correct parametrization, integrations, and ERP governance
  • Manage suppliers and partners (consultancies, AMS, etc.)
  • Monitor and act on critical incidents and recurring problems
  • Define and track performance indicators (SLAs, KPIs for service and projects)
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and IT best practices
  • Support strategic decisions related to systems and architecture
  • Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives

Mandatory requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in: Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

Solid experience with:

  • TOTVS Datasul ERP
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO)
  • Previous experience in leading or coordinating IT teams
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes:
  • o Financial, Tax, Accounting, Supply Chain, Production, and HR
  • Advanced English (required for global interaction)
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills with
  • stakeholders

Desirable technical knowledge

  • Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, messaging)
  • Databases and queries (SQL)
  • Knowledge of Progress (Datasul)
  • Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience with corporate system architecture
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or project management
