We are looking for a Project Manager to act strategically in the leadership, planning, and execution of software development and deployment projects, focusing on solutions for the toll and highway sector.

This professional will be responsible for ensuring project delivery within defined deadlines, costs, and scope, promoting alignment between technical, operational areas, and clients, always with a focus on efficiency, quality, and excellence in deliverables.

Prerequisites:

Higher education degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Administration, or related fields

Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management

Availability for travel

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead projects from start to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality

Manage schedules, risks, indicators, and SLA compliance

Act as the main point of contact for clients and align demands with internal areas

Lead meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Support internal negotiations (purchasing, logistics, engineering)

Conduct technical visits and monitor field execution

Ensure process standardization and continuous improvement

Supervise analysts and support team development

Control resources, technical support, and administrative project demands (e.g., Service Contracts and travel logistics)
