✅ Essential Requirements

- Full degree or currently pursuing a degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields

- 5+ years of development experience (minimum 1 year as a senior)

- Proficiency in .NET (C# – Core and Framework)

- Creation of internal libraries, SDKs, or frameworks

- Development of RESTful APIs

- Databases: SQL Server and PostgreSQL

- Messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)

- CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps (or similar)

- Security in development

- Docker

- Best practices: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, Design Patterns

- Contributions to open source (especially in .NET)

- Experience with platform engineering or developer experience

- Tools such as: SonarQube, StyleCop, FxCop, Roslyn Analyzers

- Event-driven architecture

- DevOps and infrastructure automation

- Participation in defining corporate technical standards

- Project templates, linters, dev automations

- MongoDB, Redis, Kubernetes

- Experience with critical and high-availability environments
