Show originalWe are looking for a Sales Consultant to work in the Sales Center for Resorts and Urban Hotels, focusing on converting qualified leads and generating revenue.
This professional will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from the first customer contact to closing the sale, ensuring excellent service, high conversion rates, maximized average ticket size, and low cancellation rates.
Work model: On-site – Poços de Caldas/MG
Employment type: Contractor (PJ)
Hours: Monday to Friday – business hours
Main responsibilities:
Attend to and qualify leads received via phone, chat, and email
Identify customer needs and offer the best accommodation solution
Present Resorts and Urban Hotels in a consultative and persuasive manner
Negotiate commercial terms to maximize average ticket size
Overcome objections and guide the customer to closing the sale
Conduct strategic follow-ups to convert proposals
Record all interactions and information in the CRM
Ensure correct application of commercial and pricing policies
Monitor individual goals and performance indicators
Collaborate with the Supervisor and team for continuous improvement of results
Requirements:
High school diploma (higher education will be considered an asset)
Proven experience in direct sales or customer service
Experience in call centers, tourism, or hospitality will be a plus
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Goal-oriented and results-driven profile
Basic knowledge of CRM and Office suite
Proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure
Differentials:

Experience with aggressive targets and KPI management
Consistent track record of high conversion rates
Experience with upsell and cross-sell
Low cancellation rate in previous sales
Experience in environments with OKR management
