We are looking for a Senior Systems Support Analyst to work in critical high-availability environments, responsible for continuous system monitoring, incident analysis, technical troubleshooting, and operational support. The professional will play a fundamental role in ensuring service stability, performance, and continuity, acting directly in the identification and resolution of problems in infrastructure and application environments.


Model: Remote

Employment Type: PJ or Cooperated

Hours: 12x36 shift – From 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM


Responsibilities

Continuously monitor critical systems, ensuring availability, stability, and performance

Analyze application and operating system logs to identify failures and anomalous behaviors

Perform troubleshooting and incident diagnosis based on technical documentation and internal procedures

Act in the resolution of critical incidents, minimizing business impacts

Execute contingency and operational continuity procedures when necessary

Manage and track technical tickets, ensuring SLA compliance

Document incidents, applied solutions, and procedures performed

Support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives

Work together with Infrastructure, Development, and vendor teams to resolve issues


Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Support or Infrastructure

Knowledge in Windows and Linux Servers

Knowledge in Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP

Knowledge in Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, OCI, or Google Cloud)

Knowledge in Microsoft IIS

Knowledge in system architecture, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge in PostgreSQL and MySQL databases

Basic knowledge of Information Security

Knowledge in monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana

Basic knowledge of Networks and Firewall

Experience with log analysis and application troubleshooting
