We are looking for a Senior System Support Analyst to work remotely providing support for the main system of a large operation, with a focus on monitoring, incident analysis, troubleshooting, and sustaining critical environments.
📍 Work Model: Remote
📄 Employment Type: Contractor (PJ) or Cooperative Member
⏰ Schedule: 12x36 (8 PM to 8 AM)
🔎 Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Windows and Linux Servers
✔ Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
✔ Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud)
✔ Microsoft IIS
✔ System Architecture, APIs, and CI/CD
✔ PostgreSQL and MySQL Databases
✔ Basic Knowledge of Information Security
✔ Monitoring with Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana
✔ Networking and Firewall
✔ Audit Processes and Certifications
💡 Key Responsibilities:
• Continuous monitoring of critical systems;
• Log analysis and failure identification;
• Incident handling and resolution;
• Ticket management and tracking;
• Support in Root Cause Analysis (RCA);
• Interaction with infrastructure, development teams, and third-party vendors;
• Ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of environments.
