🎯 Daily Activities/Responsibilities:

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements with business areas
• Map and model processes using BPM / BPMN
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose systemic improvements
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
• Support developers during implementation, clarifying technical and functional questions
• Validate deliverables with requesting areas
• Participate in planning, refinement, and prioritization meetings
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and the technical solution

📢 Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Requirements Analyst (mid-level)
• Solid knowledge in BPM and process modeling (BPMN)
• Experience in functional documentation
• Experience working in environments with development teams (direct support to developers)
• Strong communication skills with operational areas
• Desirable experience in logistics, transportation, or operations companies
