We are looking for a Business Analyst - Strategy to work at one of the largest companies in the oil, derivatives, and biocombustibles transport and logistics sector in Brazil.

📍 Location: Rio de Janeiro/RJ

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law;

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Strategic Human Resource Management;

• Proven experience of at least 6 years in the field;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and SAP ECC;

• Knowledge in compliance, audit, legislation applied to bidding, strategic management, and organizational processes.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle legal, administrative, and strategic demands;

• Monitor internal and external audits, compliance, and risk management;

• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance indicators;

• Prepare managerial reports, executive presentations, and results analysis;

• Coordinate activities related to People Management, Human Resources, and Training & Development;

• Monitor strategic projects and initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of organizational processes;

• Manage and track compliance pending items and corporate demands.
