Job Mission

Ensure the organization, standardization, and governance of the organization's data, supporting the implementation and sustainability of data governance instruments. Act in data cataloging, documentation, quality, and integration, contributing to the reliability of information and the efficient use of data in analyses and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

The professional will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the data and metadata catalog, ensuring the proper organization and availability of information. They will also develop and keep updated the corporate data glossary, promoting the standardization of concepts and definitions within the organization, in addition to supporting the structuring, organization, and maintenance of master data (MDM) and contributing to the implementation and use of data governance and cataloging tools.

Among their activities, they will also define and implement data quality rules and controls, ensuring the integrity and consistency of information. The professional will support the identification, analysis, and resolution of inconsistencies or discrepancies in data bases, in addition to preparing data quality reports and collaborating in the construction of improvement and correction plans.

They will also be responsible for documenting data flows, pipelines, and structures, ensuring standardization and easy understanding of information. They will also support the implementation of data traceability and lineage practices throughout processes and systems, keeping the inventory of prioritized and properly documented data bases updated.

Additionally, they will support the integration between different data bases, ensuring consistency, standardization, and proper documentation. They will contribute to the organization and preparation of datasets for analytics and artificial intelligence applications, as well as to the continuous update of artifacts and documents related to data governance.


Requirements:

Experience with data governance or corporate data management.

Knowledge in data cataloging and metadata management.

Experience in creating and maintaining a data glossary and documenting data assets.

Knowledge in data quality practices and handling inconsistencies.

Experience with documenting data flows, pipelines, and structures.

Knowledge in integration and standardization between different data bases.

Experience supporting analytics initiatives or data preparation for use in artificial intelligence.
