Model: Hybrid 2 days in São Paulo - SP

Employment Type: CLT (Brazilian Labor Law)

Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Business hours

🎯 Responsibilities:

Previous experience as a Systems Analyst or Developer.

Experience in software development

Experience in technical team management.

Experience in leading agile squads (Scrum/Kanban)

Experience in banking or financial systems

📢 Mandatory Technical Requirements:

• Experience in Project Management using PMI practices and Agile-Scrum

• Experience in managing technical teams for system support.

• Knowledge of Cloud and System Architecture.

• Previous experience as a Systems Analyst or Developer.

• Experience in software development

• Experience in technical team management.

• Experience in leading agile squads (Scrum/Kanban)

• Experience in banking or financial systems

• Maintenance management

• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence

• Stakeholder interface
