Senior Salesforce Developer (Marketing Cloud | Service Cloud) - Hybrid 1x per month - São Paulo - Bela Vista

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce professional with practical experience in development (not just functional/administrative), to work on building omnichannel journeys and integration between service, data, and marketing.

Main activities:

Develop and evolve solutions in Salesforce Service/Core and Marketing Cloud

Create automated journeys (email, WhatsApp, SMS, chatbot)

Work with Data Cloud (data unification, segmentation, and activation)

Develop Flows, Apex, and Lightning

Integrate Salesforce with external systems

Create reports and dashboards for KPI tracking

Support communication and customer/patient relationship strategies

Work with Agentforce and conversational automations

Perform deployments via DevOps tools (Azure, Git, Copado)

Requirements:

Experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud)

Experience in development (Apex, Flows, integrations)

Experience with omnichannel journeys and communication automation

Knowledge in integrations and data modeling
