  • 1. VTEX e-commerce platform management. Product registration and management, variations, layout maintenance, categories, and promotions.
  • 2. Data analysis. Interpretation of sales metrics, CAC, ROI, average ticket size, and conversion rates. Use of tools such as Google Analytics and GA4.
  • 3. Online sales strategies. Creation of promotional campaigns. Management of the digital sales funnel.
  • 4. SEO and page optimization. Techniques for optimizing titles, descriptions, speed, and UX for conversion.
  • 5. Logistics and operations knowledge. Inventory control, picking/packing, SLA, integrations with carriers. Order management, post-sales, and returns. Negotiations with new carriers and reduction of shipping costs.
