We are looking for a Tech Lead to technically lead our products and platforms, supporting the evolution of the architecture, the growth of the technology team, and the construction of the company's technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Technically lead the development and evolution of the company's digital products and platforms.
• Define and drive strategic software architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Act as a technical reference for Engineering, Front-end, Back-end, and DevOps teams.
• Develop and support the technical growth of the team through mentoring and dissemination of best practices.
• Be hands-on in critical decisions, architectural reviews, and technical standard definitions.
• Structure and improve development processes, promoting agility, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Define and ensure good code quality practices, automated testing, versioning, and deployment processes.
• Lead initiatives related to automation, CI/CD, observability, and DevOps culture.
• Work in partnership with Product and Business to align priorities, strategy, and deliveries.
• Evaluate opportunities for using Artificial Intelligence in products and engineering processes.
• Promote the responsible adoption of AI, ensuring security, privacy, and technical quality.
• Plan the company's technological evolution considering growth, scalability, and international expansion.

Requirements

• Previous experience acting as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or in similar technical leadership positions.
• Solid experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in React.
• Experience with Angular.
• Robust experience in back-end development using Node.js.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Practical knowledge in DevOps, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable architectures.
• Knowledge of best practices in security, performance, and observability.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI fundamentals.
• Experience or familiarity with AI-based development support tools.
