Key Areas of Focus 

• AI Strategy & Leadership: shaping the bank’s AI roadmap, identifying opportunities for intelligent automation, customer experience enhancement, and risk management. 

• Machine Learning & Deep Learning: developing, training, and deploying models across NLP, computer vision, generative AI, fraud detection, and recommendation systems. 

• Data & MLOps: building pipelines, optimizing model performance, and ensuring scalability and reliability in high-load production environments. 

• Ethics & Responsible AI: ensuring AI solutions are transparent, explainable, and compliant with regulatory standards. 

What We Expect 

• Solid background in AI/ML (applied research, engineering, or strategy). 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience with modern frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) or expertise in AI governance and strategy. 

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience leading AI programs or large-scale transformations in financial services or related industries. 

• Publications, patents, or recognized contributions in AI research or industry. •

 Knowledge of sector-specific AI applications: digital banking, financial risk management, credit scoring, cybersecurity.
