    • What we're looking for - Web Developer (Webflow & JavaScript)
    Who you are:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring code quality and website performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, always seeking ways to improve both code and processes.
  • Strong front-end web development experience using Webflow and Javascript.
  • Experience integrating new functionalities and features into the website with minimal coding, leveraging Webflow's CMS and JavaScript where necessary. 
  • Experience writing, testing, and troubleshooting light JavaScript to enhance user experience and integrate third-party tools.
  • Fluent in English (C1)

    • Bonus Experience:

  • Exposure to working with designs created in Figma or similar tools.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience integrating and optimizing social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with API integrations to extend Webflow capabilities.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize.

    Atividades

    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to understand project needs and translate designs into functional web pages.
  • Develop, update, and maintain pages in Webflow, ensuring visual integrity and performance, including Google search console page indexing.
  • Write, test, and troubleshoot JavaScript to enhance user experience and integrate third-party tools.
  • Ensure the website is responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible across major browsers and devices.
  • Integrate new functionalities and features into the website using Webflow’s CMS and JavaScript.
  • Optimize the website’s speed and performance.
  • Maintain Formsort no-code intake forms for patient onboarding.
  • Debug front-end issues and address bugs quickly.
  • Stay updated on web development best practices and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and unified user experience.
