Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience:

Solid professional software development experience with a focus on Python.
Good experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
Advanced English for conversation
Experience in building and maintaining scalable and performant SaaS applications and web services.
Experience developing backend services with known web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, .etc)
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or other relational databases, including database design and optimization.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, EKS, etc.).
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Redis and its application in caching and data management.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional AWS services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch).
Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React) is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal GitHub portfolio.
Experience with Prefect or similar workflow orchestration tools.
