    • What we're looking for - Support Engineer - Python

    Requirements:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript or Node.js
  • Leverage your seniority with 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API principles.
  • Basic knowledge of configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) flows.
  • Familiarity with authentication standards such as JWT, SAML, and OpenID.
  • Complementary skills/technologies/Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle. AWS, Azure. Kubernetes, Linux, REST APIs, Redshift, Snowflake.
  • C1 English level

  • Issue Resolution: Partner with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Performance & Support: Achieve performance goals by providing timely, efficient support, and resolving complex technical issues thoroughly.
  • Code Quality: Ensure the quality and maintainability of code, writing clean, scalable, and efficient code that meets both functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Participate in regular meetings with Howdy and partner companies to align on project goals, provide updates, and collaborate on solutions.
  • Lifecycle Management: Maintain, optimize, and upgrade existing features to ensure continued performance and reliability.
