What We’re Looking For - Front-End JavaScript Developer
Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain automation scripts using vanilla JavaScript to streamline manual processes.

Develop and deploy scripts through Chrome plugins to assist customer service teams in booking paid seats and checked baggage for airline customers.

Utilize a defensive programming approach to ensure accuracy and reliability in automation tasks, prioritizing user trust and data integrity.

Leverage your experience in browser automation tools such as Selenium, Puppeteer, or Cypress to create efficient and scalable solutions.

Partner with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional, maintainable automation solutions.

Who You Are:

A motivated, detail-oriented developer with a focus on delivering real business value.

Skilled in browser automation, with experience in Selenium, Puppeteer, or Cypress as a strong plus.

Able to work independently with high productivity, consistently driving projects forward.

A team player who collaborates effectively to align with the company’s mission and deliver outstanding results.

Committed to defensive programming, ensuring transactions and processes are error-free and reliable.

Fluent in English - C1 (not negotiable)

Atividades

Activities:

Feature Development: Collaborate with the tech team to design, build, and implement new automation features that simplify workflows and enhance user efficiency.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly, ensuring the smooth operation of automation tools.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for optimization in scripts and workflows, suggesting and implementing enhancements to prevent errors and improve functionality.

Collaborative Engagement: Participate in regular meetings with Howdy and partner teams to align on project goals, provide updates, and collaborate on problem-solving.

Performance & Support: Deliver high-quality solutions by meeting deadlines, resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining a high work rate to push projects forward.

Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and efficient JavaScript code that adheres to industry best practices and ensures ease of maintenance.

Lifecycle Management: Maintain, optimize, and upgrade existing automation scripts to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
